My name is Charles. I'm a Lean Manufacturing Engineer, having been in the technology industry my entire career.

I started this blog for several reasons:

I think being a product manager is a job. To be a professional, you always have to learn new things and evolve over time. With a blog, I can reflect on the learning process I've been through and somehow force myself to come up with new things I've learned each week.

I really enjoy mentoring and coaching. I have been working with children for almost 10 years and teaching various skills on how to evolve. I will continue to look for opportunities to do additional coaching where possible. In my opinion, these are some of the most important “projects” I can do. A blog in this sense is a way to develop what I do?
