1. Open the camera.

Scanning a QR Code on Android

Do you have a Samsung, Xiaomi or OPPO? All of these smartphones, like the vast majority of non-Apple-branded devices on the market, run Android. And since it is an operating system developed by Google, they can all take advantage of its Google Lens functionality – in the same way as Gmail messaging, the Chrome browser, or the Drive storage service. It is via this image recognition program that you can simply scan a QR Code on Android.

1. Access Google Lens via Google Assistant: tap on the small camera icon.
2. Point the camera at the QR Code in question.
