The vaccine passport has been applied in Quebec since September 1^st, 2021

The vaccine passport allows people who are adequately protected or who have a medical contraindication to vaccination against COVID-19 aged 13 and over to access certain places and perform certain non-essential activities where the risk of person-to-person transmission is high.

Proof of photo ID will also be requested.

The VaxiCode and VaxiCode Verif applications are available for download on the App Store, and in Google Play.

For people wishing to travel outside Quebec Proof of vaccination meeting the new pan-Canadian standard is available for travelers who must travel outside Quebec. This proof of vaccination that can be used outside Quebec is separate from that used in Quebec and allows access to places where the vaccine passport is requested. The new proof of vaccination will be available to download from the self-service portal for use in PDF letter format, on a mobile device or in hard copy.

It will be recognized and can be used in all Canadian provinces, as well as in several American states and countries around the world, so that its holder can demonstrate his protection status.

You are a temporary foreign worker or international student.	➡️ Make an appointment to have vaccines recognized outside Quebec (https://portal3.clicsante.ca) This way, you will have a valid QR code.
You have received 2 doses of vaccines recognized in Quebec, but the 2nd dose did not respect the minimum intervals.	➡️ This dose is considered invalid, you must make an appointment to have the 2nd dose again, respecting the minimum intervals between the invalid dose and the second 2nd dose (4 weeks)

Download QR code: wallet sizeYou can download your proof of vaccination with the QR code using the self-service portal. The wallet format is now available. If you do not have a printer you can call 1 877 644-4545. No plastic or cardboard card will be issued by the Government of Quebec. Vaccine passport format Proof of vaccination with the QR code is accepted in printed or electronic format, or via the VaxiCode application. You can laminate or insert the passport in a case with a window. Note that to work, the QR code must not be damaged (cut, bent, etc.).

Visitor from another province or outside of CanadaFor people from outside Quebec, proof of identity and proof of vaccination from their province or country of origin will be requested.
