Ronsard Malonda Ngimbi officially gave his chair as a national executive secretary of the independent national electoral commission to Thotho Mabiku Totokani.It was at the end of the discount ceremony and resumption organized this Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at the headquarters of this institution of support for democracy.

This ceremony took place in the presence of the president of the independent national electoral commission Denis Kadima.In his word, he was delighted to welcome Thotho Mabiku who, according to him, arrives at a very critical moment which is that of the elections.He says he is confident that he will live up to his new responsibilities.

The President of the CENI thanked Ronsard Malonda for work shot down during the time spent at the head of the National Executive Secretariat of the Independent National Electoral Commission.

Note that the outgoing national executive secretary, Verdonck Tshiya Mwamba, and the new national executive secretary, Marie-Josée Kapinga Bondo, also took part.

Mabiku Totokani as presented by the CENI, is a polytechnic engineer specializing in computer science, data science, statistics and artificial intelligence.But his appointment already arouses negative reactions in the Congolese socio-political microcosm, especially since the successor of Ronsard Malonda is deemed to be a member of the UDPS but also advisor to Félix Tshisekedi at the time still president of the party within theEconomy, Finance and Audit unit.
