Billionaire Richard Branson back on Earth after spaceflight aboard Virgin Galactic
He has always dreamed of it and founded his own company 17 years ago to make it happen. This Sunday, Richard Branson finally flew into space for a few minutes in weightlessness aboard a Virgin Galactic spacecraft, after taking off from New Mexico, in the United States. The British billionaire then landed safely after his spaceflight. The VSS Unity spacecraft, which was also carrying two pilots and three other passengers, landed on a runway at the Spaceport America base at around 10:40 a.m. local time (6:40 p.m. French time).
